Hi tnt,
There is only 2 Honda SC in Penang Island. Vivahill Auto in Bayan Lepas and Kah Motor in Sg. Pinang. Btw last weekend, I send my car for 5k service at Vivahill. Guess what .. they bloody scratch my car on the bumber. They drove the car for 4xkm, I do not know where they have been. The scratch is quite serious and I am seriously furious. Talk to the manager and they try to said that I had the scratch b4 sending for service. I boil to the top. They agree to spray the entire bumber for me but what the heck.. it's my new car. I send for service not for damage.
And they did not repair the problem that I told them. They just focus on damaging my car. |

Haven't tried Vivahill but heard stories....so no intention to try.
Not happy with Kah Motor as well due to past experiences.
Now been servicing my rides at Formula Venture in Butterworth, been very happy. Their handling of your vehicle is good and moreover, u can be at your ride where they are servicing so u can see what they are doing...of course u need to be friendly with them otherwise they will ask u to go wait at the waiting area too. |

viva....lots of ride mishandling, ur car will come back with extra scratches. many cases.
kah....their ppl very unfriendly with their stuck-up face...also everytime when wanna replace parts, no spare part, always have to order....in the end, always have to make more than one trip to solve problems...common parts like door lock actuator, power window motor should have stocks but not fo kah motor. |

one that will damage your car, one that will only delay the fixes and show some color on their face - but managed to get the problem rectified.
i would opt for the one that can get the problem fixed. heh |

Erm...why not try come to Butterworth's Formula Venture or Motoria. They are quite frendly and trying to solve my problem as well except the wiper. I also experience rear suspension sound, but they have fixed it up for me. Not all SC are perfect, that's what i personally experienced. _________________ Civic_DC aka Chris |

for me i also say Formula Venture is the best in Penang...i get my Car at there at March 28 2006...and i recieved my money back after tax reduces in 1 month time...wow so suprise me, very fast. Every time i go there, my car problem all they will fix it to me.....no argu. The technical person all are very friendly....but for sure...we have to be manners for them too....right! |
