me, so far 2x my FD serviced in formula venture....
their service advisors are really good, helpful and friendly
claim warrantty for my FD, done quite fast...
i asked them to check my left side mirror which wasn't well functioned due to a crazy motorcyclist hit it.......
within 4 days they called me for the replacement........

services they gave, quite satisfied......

another advice to all my FD colleague; i did practice not to leave my car for service. we have to have a bit of doubts..........

Has anybody service at JM Venture BM? It is a new service center..
Looks very nice from outside..But not sure the service thou becoz never been there yet...

JM Venture & Formula Venture are the same management, most of their staff from FV.

Inspite of popular complaint about Vivahill, i ended up sent my fd for 15000k service (replaced Engine Oil not fully synthetic, oil filter plus alignment, balancing & rotation RM40 = RM195.

and i can see some improvement at this service center.





1. Now they have WIFI duh! (i did complaint this at my last service that ppl have to bring network cable for internet last year)

2. Other than the existing free flow of hot drink, they also give you JacknJill CreamO

and thats all the improvement. Rolling Eyes

Oh yeah i just realized there are free Honda sunshade and honda totebag in my car after the service. I think it is 3S campaign giveaway.

yeap it started since the Honda 3S campaign some time back. i got 2 sets of it coz service 2 times since the 3S campaign... Laughing

Hi,
I just got mine civic not long ago and been to vivahill for 1K service. They scratched and I informed the service adviser and she bring the responsible mechanic. He told me already there before he started to service... that really boiled me, I raised my voice and later service manager apologized to me and fixed it with wax or something.

Next, service adviser just told me done with 1K service and some issues that I raised already solved. Then I asked her what cause these issues n she not even know and just read from the work order. Sigh, I also know how to read but I wanted to know what cause the issue so next time I wont do that. This is funny, how can she be a service adviser where she not even know some basic car technical. I will never going there again.

5k service I went to Kah Motor, so far ok. The Sales adviser that really explained to me on the root caused of my issues.
I can said service level at Kah Motor much better compare to Vivahill but still long way if comparing to Toyota.
