sorry to hear ur terrific experience with the SC centre. to be honest, if the owner filed over claiming small defective item, i doubt the Sc will help to rectify, e.g. rattling sound from dashboard etc. They are so busy in doing servicing as that is the bread and butter for them and they are simply making money from these routine works which outside Ah meng's workshop is equally capable! why they have to bother doing the "time-consuming" checking and reactification for you.
So, i always doubt SC will help in fixing small problem. But one thing for sure, they wish to service as many as cars they can.. warranty claim, if u can wait. then it's ok. if you are not persistant, then ITU PASAL U SENDIRI!
It's totaly disheartening and discouraging.. paying so much fro them but still end up with third class service......
at least one thing more comforting us is that Honda has more SC centres than UMW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
