pre-sale svc quite ok. a yr ago during launch, i told them i m not buying but still served me well. post-sale dunno since i din buy fr them at the end Laughing

car svc - i did my 5k thr, quite customer focus. i checked in the counter, the sa followed me to my car, wrapped watever needed to be wrapped, chk my car condition i.e. dent. then asked me any complain etc, then brought me bck to the sc n type into the sys, confirmed wit me if the svc invoice looked ok then print. technically not sure if they r knowledgeable in solving prob... common one i think shld b ok... personally, i would go bck thr for normal svc since just minutes away fr my house n oso can bring own engine oil Mr. Green

what i heard from a buyer with this showroom is he got nothing except an umbrella provided by the insurance company Smile

..... wah liao no goodies/freebis/discount at all !! so any other buyer from this showroom would like to share your experience?

TODAY paid RM3k at Atcmar Klang and expected to get my FD2 Sparkle Gray on 15 December 2007 Very Happy

thanks for the info , that mean only discount given from sales man only no overtrade ?

yup oNLY RM500 discount and remember given AFTER i paid the booking fee... but overall am quite satisfy with the SA honest and fulfill his promise Very Happy
