Previously before getting my FD I was recommended him and the SC... but then didn't succeed in ordering the FD from him for some reason la... lol.

Brother the FD comes with 3years warranty or 100k km. Just claim.....why u need spare parts......even u bought second hand just bring along the service book u still can claim your warranty....If u don't have it sorry no one can help., but u still can go back to the dealer that the 1st owner bought d FD to help....TQ!!!

to tell the truth for example if you buy a car at johor and you want to claim at kl SC , if you are a regular customer of the SC sure they will help you . but Exclamation

if you go back to johor then you might have to wait quite long for the claim, so just go back to the regular SC you always go and dont go back from where you bought your car. Idea

just trying to informative , my 2 cents only .. Razz

If i not wrong, the warranty claim are available for all SC by HONDA malaysia authorized. The claim period depend your faulty parts whether common or rare issue, regular customer or not should be not the concern, as long as u just get the 'Q' number or booking, priority will give to 1st come 1st serve! Razz
