bro kjskho,

there is a good fireworks display by the japanese team tonite for the ambang merdeka solid 25mins fireworks show. but from the previous display by the italian and the aussie team (both out of this world show). i d say its a must see free show.

how to get there? i dont have garmin so sorry, but i ll try to explain. there's a few highways to putrajaya, LDP (exit puchong), besraya(all the way to putrajaya), middle ring road, kl-seremban (exit kajang), and elite the road to klia (exit putrajaya).

but please be warned that there ll be a massive jam all over this roads starting as early as 6pm as the fireworks is really a hit crowd pleaser. i d reccomend for you to take the klia elite highway and find a spot along the lake at cyberjaya. the show will be from the putrajaya convention centre. i know its a wee bit of a hassle but trust me its all worth it.

Quite low oso la bro, now front 2 fingers while rear 3 fingers. When in the car driving oso can felt the diff (the lowered feeling), but definitely the handling improved as what i want. Don't know (cuz of my noob) what more can the koni give if installed.

Actually my front skirt oredi kena few times before got the spring Confused

Oh ok. Stock rims usually can take a varied of tyre size without rubbing so I though you probably upgraded. It does happen though.

Hi,

A FD bro just enquired what our Silicone Spring dampers does. Since free, might as well give u guys a heads up on this cheap simple mod that seems to work very well for the FD.

It acts like a cushion between the springs to reduce body roll. It limits the compression of the soft stock springs to reduce the suspension travel length giving better bump absorption when going over bumps and also less body roll.

Works very well upgraded ARBs. Available for front & rear.

Putra1, thanx for pushing me to bring this in & being the "guinea pig". Very Happy

Cheers,

Desmond

u r wellcome mr chong, gave the car to the wife oredi, she can play with it. the damper, autofoam n ARB's is good enuff for reasonable comfort and confidence in the car handling. the koni fsd i belive will transformed it to true conti car. it's there oredi only last huddle.

kind regards

hi bro deca,

i m not really a technical gig as some of this guys here, i reckon if you ve got the sports springs without changing the absorber it ll be bouncing here and there then maybe the buffer would help a wee bit. but if you got both changed i dont see the need for the buffer. but des thinks otherwise though.

btw did you get the front buffer installed too?

Putra,
You've made a very good point here.
The original OE dampers appears to have very low rebound damping.
So, if you've changed the springs to stiffer ones, the stock dampers cannot possibly control the much stronger rebound force. This causes the 'floaty'/bouncy" feeling many owners encounter.

The silicon damper limits/controls the updown movement of the spring, and this certainly reduces the load on the absorbers.

Will consider to put the front buffer later on Wink
