Recommended SCs

Most of the time we are told which SCs to avoid due to bad workmanship/ long queues/ unprofessional service, etc. but what are the SCs that you go to and are actually happy with, why and where?

List them out and share them! Laughing

I'm fine with the SC that i go to jalan 222. Even though, they failed to diagnosed some of the problems in my FD but overall attitude is good and near my home.

First service: Seri Kembangan (Global Amity) -
-Long queue even on weekdays.
-workmanship so so only 5/10
-charged me 140++ for oil top up (semi) + oil filter
- waiting area small and crampy but can see from the glass ppl service your car.
- Overall dissapointed with its services.

Second service: Kepong (MH Prestige) -
-Queue is ok on weekdays.
-workmanship acceptable 8/10
-charged me 45++ for oil top up (semi) + oil filter
-waiting area is comfort with tv and cofee machine.
-Overall happy with its service.

I give it a try at kepong MH prestige. My previous SC sucking big time on warranty claim.

I've tried MH Prestige & Millenium Auto (Mofaz), overall both SC are satisfactory though I prefer the latter as it's situated just less than 2km from my place.

I have used USJ SC for my 1k and 5k service. To date, I am happy with their service and the SC Manager there is also quite helpful. Only thing I dont like is the horrendous waiting time coz there is just soooooo much cars that got sent there even on weekdays.

I tried USJ Car Express too..... like their service centre....they have wi-fi and canteen....can surf the web while waiting for your car...and the food is not bad either...

Hi All.

I go to the Kah Motor SC in Puchong. Not too bad. Waiting area so-so. Got movie to entertain u. Plenty of engineers but not enough bays though. Heard they are looking for new site..bigger.

Also have fren giving good recommendation for USJ SC.

Sri Utama in wangsa maju is very good.

Workmanship 8/10

Attitude 9/10

Just attented 1st service at New Era SC, just behind New Era Sales opposite Chinese Maternity Hospital

Overall is fine and got a complimentary car wash
Time arrived 3pm
Time done 430pm

Engine tuning, door alignment and tightening of suspension

arrived 7.30am, finished at 11.30am...
SA is friendly but mechanics...very slow...

what services u've done.. @ what KM..?!
do u make earlier appointment or just walk thru..?!
any further checkout / complaint.. u ask them to check @ rectify for u..?!
are any other people.. before u "in-line"..waiting for services...?!

i usually make an appointment before hand..
& ask the SC...how long does it takes.. so can go for coffee break..
(if long enough..lunch break laaa..!! hahah..)

p/s: i've waited 4 hours before in other SC, for 5K services.. (no complaint at all) got Evil or Very Mad

myself..already make an appointment.. BUT luckily i'm that COOL enough to handle the situation by .... ZZZZZZzzz..!! hahaha!!

Normally i'll sent my car on Sat & i'll make sure to arrive there earlier ~ 0715hr to be the 1st customer cuz i know a lot of Hondarianz sent their cars there. The nearest place for all those people from southern Selangor is Global Amity, and the SC one of the smallest that i've known cuz only can fit for 4 cars only at a time. Waiting lounge oso just so so. Don't think have Wifi sumore. The only plus point for me is that i know the SC technician till the manager(since from beginning sent my car there), so easier for me to ask for additional FOC job there (but still need to que la).

Anyway, if i want to send my car during weekdays, i'll do like bro carnivor did, just ring them up to find out how many cars left so that your time will not be consumed at the SC. Just my 2 cent

I would recommend not go to global amity anymore coz very slow. Even with appointment it is still first come first serve. Went there 1 time but not happy Mad

the way they run the business there, veerrryyyy sloooooow. They open at 730 am, we have to check in our car by inserting our service booklet in numbered files then waite till 845 am coz they have briefing at 830am. Then only they will call us by the numbers by 9am..The first time i went was to do my 10k service..reached there 8am, waited till 845am, starting to check in customers n i was only called at 1050am...i was number 6!!! Shocked

Still got to waite there coz i got no transport to go anywhere. Everything done at 130pm Exclamation

Half day got to waite.. Mad

Still i suggest to go to usj express Very Happy

..although lots of cars there if u go early finish early...not like amity..come early, got to waite 1 hour 15 minutes only b called to check in..then waite somemore Mad

..the shop is toooo small n mechanics also slow. 4 bays(amity) vs 20 bays (usj express) Cool

Anyway im just expressing my disatisfaction on sc based on my personal experience...no offence.. Very Happy
