The shop open from 9am to 7pm. You must make an appointment because one day they only manage to do 2 to 3 cars only. You can call Jeb for and appointment if you want the number you can pm me.
Anyway i will be there next Wed and Thur for the pps. |

if the scratches are not deep, they will clay and smoothen the surface before they teflon coat the paintwork.
However, if ur paintwork has been vandalised beyond simple polish/wax job, then it is better to repaint the surface prior.
anyway, i hv made appt next monday to hv my PPS done. $700 for exterior and rim job. Interior dash and leather seats, pay an addtional $150 but will skip this for now as i already coat my dash and seats with conditioners every 2 weeks.
Been doing some research on the net, of all the detailing options available, i think PPS makes a lot of sense and price is very reasonable. saw a couple of 1 yr+ cars sent in for maintenance when i visited them - still look shiny and new. Best part, cant find a single complaint in forums abt their quality and after effect, only praises. |

Hi, great amount of info so far. Would anybody know how much it would cost for the follow up / maintenance visit after the first treatment? Thanks. |

Sorry no picture...I don't think i have a good camera to take the different of it. Anyway it is good to go for it (my advise)
Hi hotel kilo, the follow up and maintenance visit is not too expensive. I'm not so sure about the price of normal car wash(maybe RM14) but you only got to do your follow up every 6 months which cost less than RM100. |

the charges are $84 for a maintenance visit - recommended every 6 mths but the guy there says some come in after 8 mths, and some dont even come in at all bcos the bloody shine still last so well.
The prospect of not having to wax your car again for up to 5 yrs (subjective) is a very compelling proposition.
From what i read in forums, the first 3 mths, owners dont even need to shampoo the car; just hose and wipe. After that, it's just regular car shampoo.
i think it's $700 well spent |

Got my PPS done yesterday in Sunway. Man...the car now looks much glossier and shinnier than the day I collected my car from the honda showroom. Since my car is black the effect of PPS is much prominent and you could almost see a mirror image on the car.
Overall results...Truly amazing and fantastic !
I was told by the PPS team prior to the PPS process that there were actually some microscopic pores on my car mainly on the exposed area the boot, roof and bonnet. These microscopic pores are not evident on naked eyes but if you look and scrutinize very closely you can see them. These pores are mainly caused by our corrosive acidic rain. Initially thought to be the paint manufacturing defect but these pores can only be seen on the exposed areas therefore not due to the paint defect...I'm not to sure about the quality of the Honda factory paint but actually I did not know that these pores exist till I really look very very closely. There were few minor scratches on the car but it was very well covered up.Any way could not do much about these microscopic pores.
The people there were very friendly especially Mr. Raymond Tan the boss. Extremely nice and humble guy..He even had hands on during the process.
I arrived at his place at 9am and it took a solid 7 hours to complete my car. Maybe I was lucky as there were no other cars for PPS yesterday and therefore Raymond and his team had full concentration on my car which was indeed a plus point...no rush work. Very detailed and professional work.
Alot of man power and a very exhaustive process. I had them to do the inner detailing as well ...dashboard and the leather seats
After the PPS the shine could be seen immediately and it takes another 48 hrs for the PPS to shine and glitter up and at the same time the paint will be darker after absorbing the Teflon completely. Very satisfying results for the amount of money spent ! Too bad I don't have any pictures to display. At least I know I don't have to wax my car gor another 2 years.
Guys, another poison le !!
Cheers |

hi doc
great review. I have also done PPS on my ride 2 weeks ago and i totally agree with u that it is nothing short of incredible.
The shine is so glaring that i fear itchy hands scratching my ride out of sheer jealousy.
The teflon coat ensures that regular dirt, tar and brake dust do not stick and penetrate into the lacquer in the car paint. A simple weekly car wash is all it takes to bring the glossy shine back week-in, week-out.
For me, the convenience of not having to wax for the next 3 years (2 years at the least) makes the $700 investment worth every penny.
And yes, Raymond Tan, the boss, is a very friendly chap.
sharelin, do consider PPS - it's just an extra $100 and i hv not read anywhere in any forums of any complaints whatsoever. |
