Attention all new forumers (and veterans too),

Over the years, our 8GCC forum has amassed a wealthy trove of information. These timeless hints, tips, stories, etc. can be easily located by the use of the SEARCH function.

Before posting a question or some other topic, please take the time to use the search function to avoid:-

1. Asking the same question again (chances are, someone already answered it)
2. Posting the same information, joke, tip etc. again

To avoid redundant threads, please try to add on to a relevant topic instead of starting a new thread. This will ensure continuity in discussion and consolidation of information by topics.

Redundant threads will be locked, with redirection to the existing threads, and possibly deleted in the future during housekeeping exercises....

Please adhere to these guidelines for the best interest of all our 8GCC forumers.

SEARCH TIP:

There are options in the search page:

Search for any terms or use query as entered : Searches for either of the words in the search field, eg. if you key in "Auto Foam", the search will return all threads with the term "Auto" or "Foam".

Search for all terms : Search will only return thread with all words in the search field, eg. "Auto Foam" will return all threads with the term "Auto" AND "Foam". Use this to narrow down the scope if you're looking for something specific, eg. HOT INAZMA.

You can also use the words AND, OR and NOT to further refine your search, eg. "Auto NOT Manual" will return threads with the term "Auto" but do not contain the term "Manual".

You can use the "*" wildcard to search for a broad range of words. Eg, "Auto*" will return threads with "Auto Foam", "Automatic", "Auto Show" etc.

Lastly, you can also search for Authors, ie, mcwk / jkvalen, to list down all posts by a specific forumer.
