my opinion iz not sure good to hv blinking, cos nowsaday, there r car dat uses the "red" brake light as "signal or turning" light, tends to get confuse....
If need to brake, "bright steady RED" light is more confirm & driver behind dun need to think whether turning or braking, juz brake... |

This my kind of mod. Practical, functional, safety.
Been carrying this for years. Made in EU with a G-Force microchip sensor. It will flash your 3rd brake light variably with the downward force operating between the speed of the vehicle & the pressure on the brakes. It is the G-Force.
This will alert the driver behind 0.23 seconds earlier... ie. @ 100km/h, warning distance is 6 metres further.
Been using it on my Estima. Never liked the idea of some idiot smashing into my van with passenges at the rear seat.
Would be great with bros with 6 / 4 pot brakes...hear, hear Ed, John, Netken
Cheers,
Des

I wish Honda engineers can hook up with ABS. Normally the blinking light is needed only in heavy braking. Stop and go traffic, its not required. If the ABS can detect the heavy braking, the third brake light should blink based on ABS activation. That will be a cool gadget. My 2 cents ;) |

similar to mercs having more brighter and intense light depending on brake pressure. _________________
