i cant answer all questions but i can confirm ur sales person bullshit u

he wans u 2 book with him asap coz he scare u will change ur mind, ie. his commission bye bye

commission is a sales person priority,

for u, more important is to check wat he can give u. Eh, since hes so desperate ask him give u good discount la, ask free gift, ask until his pants drop! muahahaha Laughing jz kidding, don't overdo, they still need 2 make a living

anyway, ask around other showroom, maybe they even have units coming in.....deps on colour la, so dun need to hurry 1, buying a 120k+ car not 1.20 teh tarik leh

Wink

ok from wat i learn in contractual laws;

if u wanna make sure the sales person not bullshitting on delivery date, can 'big' the sales person by asking him to sign on a clause, which I did on my booking form....

i added this when i place my booking;

'delivery time not later than 1st Feb 2010, or booking fee will be fully refunded to buyer' then get both parties to sign with a witness. (of course if u can get they to pay u compensation, its gonna be even more secure but i doubt they will)

if he chicken out, u bring this to the sales mgr. There's no such thing as they cant guarantee a delivery time. if they cant, jz go else where. These ppl cant b trusted.

we must exercise our consumer rights jz be reasonable bout it. dats all.
