have to agree on this. even stocko fd is so stunning.
too much attraction, i don't like.
not safe for me, my wife & family.
& because of the popularity of the car also,
thieves studied & able to find all of FD's weaknesses.
just pray other car maker or Honda itself product an awesome car
in term of "cun"ness, superb handling, better aftersales value in near future.
so then the FD, takde orang tengok & ambil peduli lagi.
or, if ur tired of waiting such thing to happen.
drive a minivan like me. |

To my surprised, they open my rear boots without triggering the alarm + my auto fold side window were opened up. Once they got panic, they've dropped my things & zoom off....This happened 1 hour ago...Blxxdy axxholes Key hole was sabotaged...Time to close up the key holes & repaint...Luckily just a documents, jacket & umbrella. I never leave valuable items in my ride especially my lock nuts....always placed elsewhere away from my ride |
That was very closed encouter indeed. I am glad that the damage is at the minimum level bro keanu7997. |

yesterday.. was attending to friends wedding.., in broad daylight.. my friends Honda City (newest model) was broken into..
modus operandi - same as Keanu cars.. open the bonnet.. and take the laptop.. and some other stuffs.. very fast.. another driver was inside car waiting.
this thieve.. always look out for opportunity.. !
they don't want your car.. they just want your item in the car.. laptop.. handphone.. camera.. !
~~~~~~~~
learning from my friends case? - he arrive at the wedding place, and realize he got laptop.., he just open up the bonnet and put the laptop in bonnet and leave..
i always advise my friends - against doing this! if you must leave the laptop in the bonnet.., take out the battery.. and do it before you arrive to the location.
because, when you park your car - you don't know - somebody watching you... near and far away.
and make practise., take note - of the car that looks suspicious, especially with men inside them.. doing nothing.. they must be up to something..! |
Removing laptop batt pointless coz inside still got another small batt somewhere in the mother board...Still can be traceable...
This morning, basket, realised my driver side the door key holes also kena sabotaged..
Gonna seal all the keyholes & respray...Not need to replace it..as SC claimed replacement the key holes just the headers almost RM300 per unit. If changing to whole thing including keys, around below RM2k...Who knows will strike again better get it seal for goods _________________
After reading this topic, I remembered asking the SA what is the recommended extra security add-on for our FD. Strange enough she recommended a trunk lock  Seems that car thieves break into the car via the trunk for the FD2 due to the foldable rear seats.
I didn't think much about it then but now it is starting to make sense. _________________ F D 2 6 3 9 E N : P A S S I O N F O R L I F E : N H - 6 8 4 P
how to seal driver key holes? |
simple, use bottle cork stopper.
or if u want some nicer setup, just remove ur spoiled keyholes assy.
buy a new 'REAR door handle - driver side position' which might cost u probably RM220-300/ a piece
& replace the driver door handle with not much a hassle.
just plug & play. |
