Sutera Auto in JB Had Supprised me again with their great Service
went for my 35 000 k service
Staff were as usual very helpful and after booked in they pointed me over to their drinks and food in the reception.
Service was done and they even give me 25% discount on the service plus free gifts (sun blinds etc)
I have had great service from them since i got my car in 2007.

Great!1 SC near Kepong area so kiasu, wifi locked out, power points near glass tables all no power for you to charge your notebook in case u need to work while waiting for your car. |

i totally agreed, im staying in near kepong but i wont go there again, SA kanasai, bullshit me and lousy service
when i complian about vibration in "D" gear mode, the solution given to me is " push to "N" mode then wont vibration lo " .. i shoot them kau kau only take action, but however the problem never solve.
they said already log the complaint to HM but HM reply back without solution, when i call to HM and complait the customer service said never receive any compalint about my car from kepong SC.
what scyp said is true, all power point near glass plus some is rosak one, damn hot when you sitting near glass cos the sunlight. |

Since you're staying in PJ, why not try the Tenaga Setia SC in Jln. 222? I've done my 1K service there, and they were very courteous. Happy with their service..My mom also drove all the way from Cheras to service there...maybe her excuse to go shopping in Sunway later

Mine seem also face a same problem, vibration on D gear...have you solve this problem yet? and if yes, what is the cause? |

Hi Bro,
just got it solved at sri utama setapak SC, they changed all 4 engine mounting, now my car feels like new .. they took 1.5 day to rectify the problem
ask for Mr.Lim, very helpfull guy, just mention u got the same vibration problem as me ( habenaro red FD2 ).
hope u could solve the vibration problem soon. |
