Dear All,

Current civic 1.8 mileage 9800km and noticed battery plate holder cracked after 6000++km....commented global amity service centre but not included under warranty...if replaced cost around rm15++...

they also suggested to replaced battery cover or casing, which black colour that surrounding battery cost rm40++..total cost around rm60..

went to actmar and complained....they said it is normal to tightened until bended battery cover...checked with showroom car 2.0 civic and the plate holder not tightened until bended the cover...they said it is not fully tightened and need to tightened same as mine....is it true??

need advice.....

fyi....purchased at actmar and sent there for 1st and 2nd service...only 10k service sent to global amity....

noticed that battery plate holder is coated or painted in black and in term of appearance is not acceptable...not sure if bottom surface or actual plate is crack or not....

actmar service advisor said no need to worry because this is normal...not agree with them because global amity service advisor mentioned that this is 1st case civic have cracked on battery plate holder

anyone who have similar problem like this?
