|
|
I bought my FD2 in less than eight months. I only realised it during my 10k service and will like to complain about the uneven ride height between the driver and the passenger side. I've already informed Kah Bintang Puchong SC about this problem. The difference about the heights is about 1.5 to 2 inches. They told me there is nothing they can do about it since the difference is consider minimal according to their so-called standards. I suspect there is something wrong with my suspension or absorber. Therefore, I would like to lodge an official complaint with Honda Malaysia and seek redress through legal means as a last resort. I am too concerned about the stablity and the safety of my ride that I dare not to travel at a high speed. There are 2 possibilities:
1) Kah Bintang SC is reluctant to replace the faulty parts for me.
2) HM did set such ridiculous replacement policy |

This doesn't make sense to me, I think you should log a case with SC, if CS tell non-sense, call up HM and raise your concern, get them reply you with a firm solution. |

I did and they redirected my back to the dealer. The goddamn Kah Motor Puchong refuse to lodge a report for me. They told me it is within the spec. The goddman HM customer service is playing tai chi. her name is Tila. Honda after sales is worse than Toyota. At least Toyota will try to resolve the problem and their UMW customer service manager called me up. Never go to Kah Motor Puchong SC. Damn china man like SC. Not professional at all. |

I am sorry if the term 'China Man' is racial derogatory (I am a Chinese as well). I hope everyone could understand between a China man business and an MNC. I have been to Toyota Puchong SC. Kah Motor Puchong Honda SC is nowhere as good as or not even close to Toyota Puchong SC in terms of customer service. The way they handle our issues/grouses are not professional at all. Just like those small workshops. I reckon Honda is a truly MNC. I chose Honda because of their make and one thing piss me off is their aftersales service. I even voiced out my issues to my sales assistant. She said that her job is only selling cars. technical-related issues are none of her business. Tell you what, I am going nowhere. Called HM, they told me that SC has to lodge report first. Then called SC, they said it was within spec and not going to lodge a report. What can I do in this Tai Chi scenario? Send it to independent workshop? HM and SC are good Tai Chi partners. |

I was very pissed off then when I discovered that the car was uneven but the car was already registered to me, thus, it was difficult to do anything about it. End of the day, they told me that it was normal, within spec.. blah blah. Calling HM didn't help much either. Anyways, in the end, I got rid of the car so no more Civic poor quality issues. Better peace of mind. |
You mean there is nothing we can do about it? How about sending it to independent workshop? |
