Dear new members,

Here is the following jargon which we normally post

FD -> chassis code for our 8th Gen Civic; like ES for 7th, 6th is EG n etc...

SC -> service center

SA -> sales advisor / service advisor

BK -> bodykit

DBW -> drive by wire

P.C.D -> pitch circle diameter (our Civic is 114.3 mm)

Offset ->

The offset, measured in millimeters, can be negative or positive, and is the distance from the mounting surface to the rim's true centerline. A positive offset means the wheel is front of the mounting surface, closer to the center of the fender; a negative offset means the wheel is away from the mounting surface and projecting from the fender. Offset affects the scrub radius of the steering and it is advisable to stay within the limits allowed by the vehicle manufacturer. (our Civic stock offset is about +45)

P/S: pls add any jargon which you guys now. Thank you.

TT -> 'Teh Tarik' - for meeting or gathering
NVH -> Noise, Vibration & Harshness
UR -> Ultra racing
FSB/FTB -> Front Strut Bar/Front Tower Bar/Brace
ARB -> Anti Roll Bar
SE -> Pivot Spark Earth
IE -> Pivot Ignition Earth

There still lot of it such as PPS & VPS (which i don't know even somebody have already posted the meaning)
Others like WTF, IMO & IMHO, you all should know better.

IMO - In My Opinion

Bumping a thread is to bring a thread up to the top of the list if there's no replies for a long time.
