Any1 got this Alarm Problem?

i arm the alarm .... wait for 15 sec den i use the key to open the door... it triggers the alarm but no siren sound.... juz the signal blinking...... and hor ... the ultrasonic sensor seems like not working also..... I never touched any wiring of the car juz changed my headlamps... should not be affecting the alarm rite.... any pro's can give ur comments? urgent ><
