Defective Parts

Hi bros, my FD1 is now about 2.5 years old. I noticed 2 defects:
a. headlamps - notice the blurry ring appearing in the photo? I've had the headlights replaced before under warranty and it's appearing again. I'm thinking of replacing before my warrranty expires soon. But why does this happen?

b. the black trim near the wiper is fading despite my car is 80% sheltered all the time. I wonder if anyone's civic left out in the sun most of the time have experienced the same? even my old proton didn't demonstrate this kind of problem. can i claim this under warranty?

bro for your head lamp check the back of your head lamp..see if the headlamp cover is there?
is round shape just like a cup...once covered you should not be able to reach / see the bulb...

seems like water vapor for me..

The irony of it is that the whole headlamp is tighly sealed. The exact same ring size appears after the earlier replacement.
