My ride is 1.8 ... so u know la... the towel fabric comes in beige color.
To my horror... i start to realize everytime u open the door from inside the car... u will touch the fabric.... in no time ... the fabric will turn black...
imagine if u send for service and the foreman hand covered with oil + dirt + etc will wipe yur entire interior seat as well.
Anyone here with 1.8 has change the seat cover to leather. mine telling me how much and where u have done it

i just changed my seat to leather at honda SC for RM2500

wow.... RM 2500 is v. exp ..... but orginal Honda ...... no choice......

why didnt u consider bucket seat or order the all black leather seat ,from thai or something or even the Mugen black leather seat ? ....... u got a wider variety n color to choose from .....

i don't know there is mugen leather available
for the leather seat actually there are alots of colors to choose but i just choose back beige color to match 1.8 interior color

the mugen leather seems cool.. any idea where to get it ah and how much hehehe....

yes it is like 2.0 leather seat...2.5k is include change the door trim to leather too

I was quated by Honda SC @2.5K but I turn down this offer. After few months, I managed to bargain with the leather workshop which SC sent to @1.9K deal done....very happy with it ...the design similar to 2.0 w beige color....

yes it is better if you know which leather shop that SC send to because the SC will charge you too if you ask them change for you,so if can then just straight send to the leather shop so you can save some money too bad i don't know any leather shop thats why i just let SC do the job

lbaerd, we should be able to get for less than rm2.5k in penang.
wait for pett to share with you where she get hers fixed.

i called my SA this morning according to him ... there are 2 options....
1) full leather - 2.5k
2) semi leather - 2.1k

and according to him.... the current ori 2.0 seat is semi leather.. is that true... he said the back of the seat and door is pvc .....

hai...I am from Penang as well but stayed in JB worked in Singapore...in fact, one of the Honda leader in JB sent all their new car to this leather workshop...most of the time SA got commission from here...just find out which shop they sent to them ....you go direct to shop and bargain with them with at least 200 to 300 or more discount what SA offer to u...and tell them others shop offer lower price...

Yup, 2.0 is semi-leather even CBU unit from Japan...but quality of leather ( black) wise...CBU is better lah..
