Yeah,,

You need to booked 2 weeks in advance for servicing done on saturday,, for the rest of the day,, just walk in,,,
For saturday only normal services,, no complain-complain,,

What I did was,, On my 1000 service I booked for my 5000 service,, On my 5000 service I booked for my 10K service and soo on until the warranty is done, or Mofaz close shop, or I sell my car (not going to happen) or I died, or etc etc etc.. I dont really like the staff here,, but what to do,, Its convenience for me cause its just 10 minutes away from my house,,
that's how I got my service done on Saturday,,

I find most (not all) of the Service Advisors here quite arrogant and unhelpful.

some off the Service Advisor and to be more presice by the name of Syam, and Farid

Syam
When I complain that my front passenger door hard to bukak,, he give me a 10 minute lesson on how to open a car door,, and after end of the lesson, he said its normal,,

Syam
When I complain that my rear bonnet hard to close,, I teach me that the rear bonnet need to slam hard to close,, Haiyaa,,

Farid
When i complain, he treaten me, that to justified my complain they need at least 3 hours to settle, and its come back to me to decide and come back on weekdays

But the service clerk not at the payment counter,, at the booking table,, is really major babe... heheh

How come you listed "Syam" twice? Did you mean "Syed" for one of them?
