Hey bro Pluto, me and Kenneth may be into proper care but bro Kelyee is a whole nother kind of CRAZY. His got a stash of detailing equipment that would put most car wash centres to shame hahahaha Laughing

BTW, I applied some Polyglaze Sealant to my CF hood after claying. I think that should be ok right?

Very Happy Yeah right! Kelyee is really over-the-top when it comes to his FD's appearance Laughing
For DIY use, and on a well-prepped surface such as yours, using Polyglaze prdts to maintain is perfectly OK. Just do it as often as possible, and pls be careful cos PGlaze could be a bit tough to buff off if applied to thickly.

Thanks bro. Will do as I did on the CF hood. I think sometimes to thick will be more difficult to remove but I think I can handle it hahaha Lol lol

the next time i see KY's car - need to micro-inspect his car de' ....

didnt realise he is so into this also .... he always park his car far away one during TT ... Lol lol

din know u also into this, lets micro-inspect each other car. hehe

Thanks coolride and netken for the kind comment Very Happy

I'm an accountant actually Very Happy . Nothing remotely connected to car detailing industry whatsoever. But my company is in a very competitive market (construction material). Due to extreme competition, "bad-mouth" by our competitor's sales people of our product is common. But we are given a marketing policy that we can only highlight to our customers the advantages of our products. We can never talk bad about our competitor's products. Because we know our customers are rational spender. They may be fooled once and the competitor may get the initial orders, but in the long run, eventually customers will realise they get what they pay for. And in the event customers feel that product A and product B is of the same quality and value, the deciding factor would be the way the salesman/company carries himself. And from our experience, customers would prefer to deal with people with good business etiqutte who wouldn't talk bad about their competitors.

My hobby is (was?) in ICE. That's what bugger netken (Very Happy) is referring to. I admit I was a fool in ICE now because I am semi-retired now. Time to move on the other hobby like fishing Twisted Evil

ok ok sorry for OTing in this thread......Laughing

OIC.. I thought you were from the detailing car industry, my apologizes.

I cannot agree with you more on professional ethics. Actually is the same in many industries eg. IT, automotive etc.

In this forum, my opinion worth 2 cents. At work, customers are charged thousands of RM a day for my opinion Smile

We are all experts of something. We can all give our 2 cents, or Million dollar thoughts ... that's the beauty of this forum. In the end, we the readers decideloh. If the advise helps, no one loses. But sometimes we have to lose a few times until we find the right advise. That's life.

No apology needed bro.

In malaysia, few professionals have governing bodies set up by laws. Lawyers, Doctors, Accountants and Engineers are the few examples. Not sure if car detailing have any governing bodies in malaysia or other countries. If so, they would have the professional ethics spells out for the members to adhere to
