I was in-charge of this product and other Amway car care prdts many many years ago when I was working there, and I think I can help you.
The ASG is only an average product and for that kinda money, you have so many other alternatives. ASG is very poor in covering up swirls and fine scratches. This formula has not changed for more than 10yrs.
My suggestion for you to DIY your own black car, assuming you're only going for looks, is to use Meguiars Gold Class, and then maintain by using Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax (spray type).
My neighbour maintains his black City using both products, and his car looks stunning. |

Not so sure bro, but I guess Gold Class shd be approx RM90-Rm100 while Ultimate Quick Wax could be RM60-70. Just a quick guess. For impressive and simple "no-fuss" DIY on Honda Black, this is my favourite combo. |

Metaclean has a relatively high solvent content, and therefore, very good cleaning ability.
Megs GC, IMO, has a lower cleaning ability, but makes Black and Sparkle Grey look great if you're doing DIY.
If your FD's paintwork is neglected, and you want to remain 100% DIY, you can metaclean first to clean it really well, and then use GC. If you're not the critical type, you'll be delighted with the results. Again, this is strictly applicable for DIY only and if you don't care about durability issues. |

Thanks Bro Plutoll for ur fedback n i really appreciate it .Just get my black FD yesterday n the car full of swirl n a lot of tiny sand line. I think is coz of the used car dealer wipe the car everyday when the car have tiny sand on the paint surface due the car dealer is locate beside main road.
I used Metaclean to polish rear bonnet only result not bad, small sand line gone but swirl still visible around 40% compare 100% before polish it.Now my Metaclean almost empty liao so donno wanna buy new Metaclean or try other product? |
