just arrived at Labuan today..by flight
plan to go by road cancelled !! missed the morning ferry

yesterday after brief stop for breakfast at dongongon.. the car couldnt start
after check.. the culprit..battery defect ,got new one since still under warranty..the batt baru 3 monts old!!

ferry oso fully booked yesterday evening n today...now no car to jln jln here Evil or Very Mad

Sorry to hear abt yr prob, man. My batt is almost 2 yrs now,
so, what are the signs that the batt is going kaput..? Actually
I had fun driving there last week. Maybe coz very long didn't
drive around town.

better change bro, u can refer to thread regarding battery somewhere in this forum...my case yesterday , after starting the car in morning it was ok, no symptom at all

luckily my nephew was working nearby that area..so i borrowed his car n went straight to Lido where the battery was purchased

they tested it by recharging it for few hours n end result still low voltage...straight they gave new replacement, according to the bos, battery defect is not common, probably this is consider isolated cases...he reassure me the replacement battery definitely will last beyond warranty period!

couldnt imagine if the car got stuck in middle of the road n during peak hours somemore Sad

Actually, no prob with my batt so far (fingers crossed). Took
my ride on the 21st Nov '07, so, another week or so will be
2 yrs old. Haha!

You mean you are still in Lbu..? My last trip was quite hectic
too. Doesn't really have the time to stop at a place for awhile
except Antara Steel/Restaurant/Office/Hotel...
