Just sharing my experience with this particular SA. My Civic 1.8s Bronze Silver was delivered within 4 days inclusive of loan application & approval. Got discount also. Never been to the showroom until it's time to surrender my previous car & drive the Civic home. Even then he drove me directly to the warehouse and my Civic only 5km on the odometer. After reading thru some other posts about arrogant SAs, the SA i mentioned above did not have such attitude. After getting my Civic, this SA still did not mind driving to my office to pickup the NCD declaration letter from my previous car for NCD claim on the new Civic. I was quite surprise too since I don't really expect him to be that generous. hehehe. I even volunteer to send the document to him but he insists on coming to the office.
Trade-in car evaluation, booking, loan application and JPJ matters were handled by the SA. He asked the used-car dealer to evaluate my previous ride at the office parking. Even the bank's loan officer came to my office for signing the loan agreement. That's why I don't mind recommending him to my collegues.

try in Puchong . there's 1 agent near to HSBC there .
good friend of mine ..great presentation about the product they had ..
unfortunately ..i'm not buying the car for him ...i'm too serba salah now ..  |

It's ok... Maybe you have not meet the "respnsible" and gives good service SA...
May I know which SA and showroom name that service you??
