hi all bro,

Do make sure you check your ride after each service in Honda Service Centre. Dont depend 100% trust on them as something might happened to your FD without notice.

Few things that i have doubt of Honda so called "Quality Service"motto with this Honda Service Centre - Ban Lee Heng in Seremban:

Arrow I locked my request to change Engine Mounting during my 1k service and i saw them wrote my car number plate ONLY (hand writing) in a single-line note book Question Question WTF...

Last week was my 20K (7 months!!) and i can't stand to wait anymore longer so I called their service centre and demand for an answer of the delivery. I highlighted that if still have no answer other than "WAIT" I will personally contact Honda Malaysia to make an direct complaint. The lady told be it 'just arrived' 2 days ago." I questioned her why they never call me to arrange for the service and she still replied the same stupid answer.."it just arrived 2 days ago"...

I changed my Engine Mounting yesterday at 9a.m and they called me at 1p.m saying that the job is done. besides, i also complaint about the windows problem (driver side) and demand them to change it for me ( same issue occured since my 1k service and everytime they apply lubricant, THATS IT.

Please see what happened to my car after they changed the rubber :-







This is the 'oil' marking on the front wind screen....

There is a scraches on the bonnet paint.... Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

You can see the scratches on my lamp surface... Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

The Person in charge drove my car out of SC and told me their will 'settle' the problem for me...i waited for 30 minutes +- and this is what they SETTLED for me. I straight away scold him for his excuses...

My same advice, check through everything before you sign off any document when you want to collect your car.

Arrow My next step for this is write to Honda Malaysia for their agent's bad workmanship. I seen they dont do it professionally in terms of car servicing, and handle my complaints!!! Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

bro...sori to see this happen to ur ride especially big celebration is coming your way.. Sad ...

me that day while replacing my mounting also complaint of the "service engineer" for his bad attitude...complaint bout the bonnet is not center so just asked him can he do something bout it...he straight away replied...need to take off both fender and bonnet and do the alignment...i was WTF Shocked Twisted Evil ...so walked away and told the service manager...during the process of changing the mounting..not in good mood for observation..so relax at their waiting area...after bout 1 hrs waiting..been told by others mechanic..that service engineer got his early retirement...for me...he deserved it for his bad attitude with customer..also been told that already many customer complaint bout him...

Hi Eddie, heart pain when I see those scratches... looks deep until the base metal can see liao.. What the hell were they thinking???

That is very bad workmanship.. did you complain to the service manager? Did the SC said they will do any repair, respray, replace ??

Yeah man...really pissed off with the mechanic...he dont even express 'apology' to me and keep on showing me his unhappy face. After i took pictures and then i really checked through my ride and 3-4 of the mechanics are standing beside my ride. WTF Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Like Gangster!!!!

More interesting story yesterday. The Manager called me saying that they can't re-spray for me next friday (which is the date he promised me on-the-spot on Tuesday) i was like WTF again....then i tell him "Not Neccessary anymore, i'll send my car for respray and your Service Centre will deserve it if any action taken by me". Then he start explaining the car paint shop still close becoz of cny, sorry this and that....Yeah i understand his point, but i dont see what's in his mind when he promise me withiout checking with the paint shop and as a manager, he should responsible of what he tell the customer!!

I feel like this services centre have no different with others Workshop...with that kind of "so-called" Quality Honda Services Centre workmanship and their way of doing things. Futhermore, Honda SC charging us so expensive to get this kind of shit!! (sorry of my words...really piss off)

SC SUPPOSE TO SERVICE OUR HONDA CAR, BUT END UP DAMAGE OUR CAR....

It is a known fact that Honda SC charges are more expensive but at least, the customer is expecting quality work and service in return else no difference from the next door Ah Beng workshop.

Eddie, I would suggest you do not respray your car just yet until you have sort out this damage with the SC and HM.

I was told by my SC in Sri Damansara that some of their SC ppl will visit some Honda Car Club forum....

Hi SC ppl or so called Managers....if you are reading this, i beg you.....pls....pls.....be professional....you are the "chosen one" by Honda Malaysia, please show Honda Malaysia and us as the customer your 'professionalism'....

Bro Eddie....I am so sorry to hear this....I saw the pictures, my heart also bleeding......don't worry to complaint this SC to Honda Malaysia...If HM doesn't take your complaint seriously.....escalate to Honda Japan....you got my full support.....(but only until the postage charges to Japan Laughing Laughing )

Hi Eddie,

Saw your review about this SC. Actually my car is also from the same showroom but i think thier service is very good. All services are done very professionally and fast. I even got a call from the lady from the SC 3 dats after I installed the air cond filter asking me how is the air cond filter and whether i am satisfied with the filter. That is quite good after sales service. Probably the day you service the car the mechanic was in a bad mood. I ask the service manager about your car, and he told me he would repair the damage to your car free of charge, but i heard you havent gone back to get it fixed. So where are you servicing your car right now? Anyway I think this SC is the best Honda SC in Serembanand derserve praise for their customer relationship.

Glad that you received good service from them.

A Honda Authorized Service Centre must carry the Honda Standard of quality workmanship, quality of Servicing, etc. They must meet certain criteria from HM in order to get the Authorization yearly from Honda Malaysia. In fact, i do satisfied with their way of services after my 2 times service there . But their way of attitude after scratched my car, which i really don't like it!! They scratched my car in front of me in the SC and they called it "settle" with the polishing? It show they treat me like an IDIOT if we say yes ya. (sorry for the rude word...)

This is only my bad experience with this SC, which i managed to post in forum. Bear in mind they are so many Honda owner out there which they only keep it to themself even they have doubt with the SC QC.

Whats ccm? I can feel your agony on someone who suppose to "heal" your ride instead "hurt" it. But, I just feel that this SC is quite good compared to other sc especially compared to Toyota SC.
