My car seems to consume a lot of oil lately, either is it I'm using Mobil 1 0w40 or the RON95 is not that good. Appreciate some feedback. Btw, this is the first time I'm using Mobil 1 for my car. |

yes, you can use any engine oil grade of 40
be it 0W40,5W40 or 10W40, but they all are having different level of grade inside the engine oil. for race engine, better go for 10W40 as they use different process to manufacture the engine oil
consume a lot of petrol or oil? if consume oil, either your gasket is leaking or something is cracking inside the engine causing it to leak _________________ Denso IK20L @ RM160 with shipping

Thanks for the feedback guys, really appreciate it. Because normally when I fill up 44 liter of oil, the distance it will cover is around 570km but lately I can't manage to get that, the maximum it goes is around 530km. BTW, do some check up before Hari Raya at Honda SC, everything seems to be good, no problem or leaking. |

wow, seriously?
44 liter of engine oil?
your car is having a serious problem, max engine oil a FD1 can take is only 4.5-5 liter
you car consume 10 times more than the normal condition
better take your car to some other place to check _________________ Denso IK20L @ RM160 with shipping

I think he means by 44L is the petrol & not the engine oil. That's why he mention; 44L of petrol = 530-570km.. _________________ ~ don |
